Vaughn Thurman’s Reflection on 15 years & Swift Serving the Community

I wanted to take a moment to reflect and express ”Why” I started Swift.

Fifteen years ago, I believed that small and medium businesses in our market were ignored by large IT service providers, and underserved by the small providers that often fell short on value, chasing break-fix or selling their latest low value trick. In contrast, I saw that many large IT consulting and services firms with valuable and sophisticated offerings were ignoring our target market altogether leaving local firms to fall behind on the digital highway.

I believed that we could become the company we are today by helping those businesses have an equal footing on the field of business, and by offering IT as a competitive grip they could rely on in a slippery and quickly changing world of technically driven innovation. For 15 years we partnered with our clients to perfect these market-leveling services, and throughout it all we have kept those services affordable and accountable. In fact, our services are the most cost-effective way for our clients to own maximized uptime, rock-solid platforms, and systems they can count on day in and day out.
