It is important to use the correct URL.mail.yourdomain.com ( Swift Systems also creates a "user friendly" redirect for you at www.yourdomain.com/mail during initial setup that will take you to the mail site for your domain, but your system administrator may change that.)
Q: What is my username? - top
Your user name is the name to the left of the @ symbol in your e-mail address, and does not include your domain. For example, if your e-mail address is kim@mydomain.com than kim would be the username.
Q: What is my password? / I forgot my password. - top
In this case you would have to contact your domain's email administrator or the mail administrator at Swift Systems by sending an email to support@swiftsystems.com. Remember passwords are case sensitive.
Q: How do I send mail using the web interface? - top
After successfully logging in, "Compose" will appear as an option button or link, click it, then fill in the appropriate TO:, and SUBJECT: fields, type the message and hit send. Note: You only have 20 minutes to complete the message.
Q: How do I attach a File using the web interface? - top
Click on the "Attachment" button. Click on the "browse" button, select the file you want to attach, click on the "open" button, then click on the "attach" button. You will be returned to the top of the page to continue or send.
Q: Can I attach Multiple files? - top
Yes, just repeat the above process. You might want to consider zipping the attachments. This will make 1 smaller file to send.
Q: How do I receive mail? - top
After successfully logging in, click on the "Read Mail" button on the left.

After successfully logging in, and reading message, click on the "Reply" button.

Only administrators can add accounts. Log in as the administrator. Click on the "User Administration" option at the bottom of the page. Click on the "Add" button. Fill in the appropriate fields, and be sure to click on "Save". It is also recommended that you log in using that account and check all user settings.
Q: Can I use Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express or Eudora Light? - top
Yes. This is actually encouraged to keep the mailbox size down. Just fill in the appropriate mail server addresses on the client software. Such as MAILSERVER: mail.yourdomain.com USER ACCOUNT you@yourdomain.com
Q: How can I automatically forward mail to another address? - top
Log in using the administrator account. Click on "Alias Administration". Click on "Add". Fill in the "alias ID" fields with the username. Place the forwarding address in the "Destination" field. Multiple destinations may be entered. Be sure to click on "Save" to save changes. Note: If the alias is the same as an existing username, The user will never be able to check his mail on the web.
