| Microsoft: Must be familiar with Windows Servers, and Desktop Operating Systems. |

| Microsoft: Must be very familiar with Active Directory, Windows Servers, and Desktop Operating Systems, MCSA or MCP required, MCSE a plus. |
| Internet: Must be very familiar with email and Internet applications and servers as well as advanced TCP/IP setup and routing. CCNA required. |

| Network Engineer |
| Microsoft: Must be very familiar with Active Directory, Windows Servers, and Desktop Operating Systems, MCSE required. Familiarity with mission critical and enterprise systems is a plus. |
| Internet: Must be very familiar with email and Internet applications and servers as well as advanced TCP/IP setup and routing. CCNA required. |
| Applications: Must be able to support a variety of proprietary applications with ease. Experience working in client facing roles is required. |
| Network Technologies: Must be highly familiar with various network technologies, and experience with redundant and fault tolerant systems is a plus. |
| Interpersonal: Must be able to positively interact with customers in "system down" and crisis situations and calmly remain focused through to the completion of all tasks. | Senior Engineer |
| Microsoft: Must be very familiar with multi-site Active Directory configurations, Windows Enterprise Servers, and Desktop Operating Systems, as well as Group Policies. MCSE required. Familiarity and first-hand experience with managing mission critical and enterprise systems is required. Some automation (scripting, automated software deployment, basic development, etc) experience is required. |
| Internet: Must demonstrate full mastery of Internet applications and servers as well as advanced TCP/IP setup and routing. CCNP required. CCIE preferred. |
| Applications: Must be able to support a variety of proprietary applications with ease. Experience working in client facing roles is required. |
| Network Technologies: Must demonstrate a full mastery of various network technologies, and first-hand experience with redundant and fault tolerant systems is required. |

Solution Design : Must be able to analyze customer requirements (both customer driven and by discovery) and be able to present to internal managers and sales professionals, in writing, clear and concise network recommendations and strategies to meet various clients needs. Must be able to work in support of the sales team to produce detailed ROI and cost-benefit models.
Must be able to supervise others in the course of implementing new solutions. |
Internships: Swift Systems regularly creates Internship opportunities. To qualify, an individual must already be performing studies in the IT field and have some demonstrated use of the skills (volunteer or academic experience is considered). Many of our successful interns have become regular staff. There are no internships available at this time. Please check back frequently.
